Wicked Local re-launches on our Zope platform, with some new threads

A few weeks ago, we (GateHouse Media) re-launched our Wicked Local brand on our Zope platform. I've been quite busy with post-launch items, so this is the first chance I've had to blog about it. The site is comprised of 158 community sites, behind a central WickedLocal.com Blog. The blog itself lives on WordPress, but when you begin to dig a bit deeper, you'll hit our Zope-powered sites. For example:

Our focus for this 'redesign' was to build a strong, modular structure for which we can scale with. Howard Owens wrote a great blog post outlining some of the project details.

A big congratulations to all involved with the very successful Wicked Local Zope launch!

And of course, stay tuned, as we'll be progressively launching new features and improvements in the future.
